General questions
1.) System requirements
These specifications are minimum requirements
Processor: Intel Pentium III, 300 MHz or higher

2.) You have forgotten your bib number?
Please enter the name or part of the name. We will then search the list of participants and show you the requested name or similar names. Choose the right name from the list and click on “preview”. The video will then start automatically.
3.) I cannot play the video
To watch your Finisher Clip as a preview please install the Adobe Flash Plugin. To watch the download version the installation of the free Windows Media Player from version 9 is required. If you have not yet installed the free Windows Media Player, you can download the current version here.
Questions about the Windows Media Player
1.) How much does the Windows Media Player cost?
The Windows Media Player is for free.
2.) How do I get the Windows Media Player?
The Windows Media Player is a standard application with the Microsoft operating systems. You can download a free version here.
3.) Although I have downloaded the Windows Media Player, the video does not play.
- You are sitting at work and your company network does not allow video-streams to be played. In this case either contact your system administrator or watch the Finisher Clip on a private computer.
- The Windows Media Player has not been installed correctly.
After downloading the Windows Media Player you must install it on your computer. Search for the directory on your computer where you have saved the Windows Media Player to and double-click on the setup-file. The installation will start automatically and after the installation has been completed you can watch the clip.
4.) The installation of the Windows Media Player does not work.
You are sitting at a computer in a network and may not be allowed to install software. In this case either contact your system administrator or watch the Finisher Clip on another computer.
5.) Although the Windows Media Player is installed correctly the video does not play.
Maybe you have not installed the latest version of the Windows Media Player on your system. To watch Finisher Clip please update the player software automatically and restart your computer.

Questions about the video
1.) I am not happy with the quality of the video.
Finisher Clip is an application primarily for broadband users. Currently many users already have access to fast internet connections (DSL or higher) either at work or at home. The quality of the Video depends primarily on your internet connection. Different connection speeds allow different bandwidths. If you are watching Finisher Clip online with a modem or ISDN connection, the video can only be played in a small frame with less resolution, due to the technical limitations. With a broadband connection (DSL) Finisher Clip can be watched in a larger frame with a better resolution. Therefore we offer you the possibility to download the clip in a high-quality version. Please read the section “Information about the Premium-Download”.
2) I can only choose one camera angle
In order to offer every participant a Finisher Clip we have positioned up to three cameras. Unfortunately there can be unforeseen problems in the finish area, i.e. somebody runs in front of the camera or a medical person stands in the way. That is why it is possible that a few participants only one camera angle is available.

Informations about the Premium-Download
We offer you the possibility to download your personal Finisher Clip as exclusive content on your computer. You receive the video in a high-quality format which you can save on your computer. The video-file contains all available camera angles which are shown online.
In a few exceptions we can only offer one angle if the second one is not available. This can be checked by viewing the ISDN or DSL video. If both angles are available online you will receive these with your download.

1.) Size and duration of the download
The size of the file will be about 10-20 MB.
2.) Play the download file
After you have saved the download file on your computer it has to be unpacked. For this you need the free software “winzip” which you can download here.
3.) Billing
We will charge you between € 6.95 € incl. tax and € 9.95 € incl. tax for the download depending on the event.
The payment can be made easily and safely by credit card with T-Pay, the payment system from the T-Com. With T-Pay the T-Com offers you a safe way to pay on the internet.
